  1. pork shrimp chicken liver cauliflower beans snow pea cabbage leek celery stalk garlic onion carrot juice red bell pepper green bell pepper cornstarch chicken broth sesame oil fish sauce corn oil salt

  1. In a big pan or wok, sauté garlic, onions then add in the pork. chicken liver and gizzard.

  2. Add 1 cup of stock, pinch of salt and simmer for 15 minutes or until pork and chicken giblets are cooked.

  3. Mix in the shrimp then all the vegetables.

  4. Add the remaining 1 cup of stock, patis and the dissolved cornstarch.

  5. Cook for about 10 minutes or until the vegetables are done.

  6. Add the sesame oil.

  7. Salt and pepper to taste.

  8. Serve hot with rice.
