  1. 1/2 cup Butter

  2. 1 large Onion

  3. 3-4 Garlic cloves

  4. Small piece of Ginger

  5. 2 large Tomatoes (chopped)

  6. Chopped Almonds/Cashews

  7. 2 tbsp Oil for frying

  8. 400 gms of Paneer (cottage cheese)

  9. cup whipped Cream & water

  10. tbsp Sugar

  11. Chopped nuts for garnish

  12. Spices:

  13. 2tsp Salt

  14. 2tsp Red Chili

  15. 1 tsp Cumin seeds

  16. Fenugreek leaves

  17. 2 Bay leaves

  18. 2-3 Green Cardamom

  19. 2-3 cloves

  20. tsp Garam masala

  21. tsp Black Pepper powder

  22. 1 tsp Turmeric powder

  23. Coriander powder

  24. tsp Cumin powder

  1. Melt ½ cup of butter on hot pan

  2. Add 1 tsp of cumin seed to fry

  3. Add the chopped onions with 2-3 pieces of small ginger and 3-4 cloves of garlic and fry

  4. When the garlic gets color take them out and grind them to make a paste

  5. In the same butter put the chopped tomatoes and some chopped nuts and fry them together for 2-3 minutes

  6. Take them out and grind them well to make a tomato paste

  7. Put 2 tbsp of oil in the pan

  8. Fry the paneer pieces till they get color

  9. Add 2 bay leaves, 2-3 green cardamom seeds, 2-3 cloves and fry them till the juices are out

  10. Add the onion paste

  11. Add ½ of cumin powder, ½ tsp of coriander powder, 2tsp of salt, 1 tsp of turmeric powder, 1tsp of red chili powder

  12. Mix them well and cook for 1-2 minutes

  13. Add the tomato paste and blend it thoroughly

  14. Put the fried paneer pieces

  15. Cook for 7-8 minutes

  16. Add ½ cup of cream and some water

  17. Cook them for another 5-6 minutes

  18. Add ½ tsp of sugar, ½ of garam masala and ½ tsp black pepper powder

  19. Spread some Fenugreek seed crashed with your finger

  20. Now garnish it with some chopped nuts

  21. Cook for another couple of minutes

  22. Sahi panner is ready to serve
