  1. 1 avocado (ripe)

  2. 1 garlic clove , minced

  3. 4.92 ml lemon juice

  4. 78.07 ml sour cream

  5. 1 1/53 ml onion powder

  6. 1 1/53 ml hot sauce

  7. 29 1/28 ml bacon , Crumbled,

  8. 2 strips or 29 1/28 ml imitation bacon bits

  9. 59.14 ml cucumber , Finely Diced

  10. 2 sprig cilantro (to garnish) or 2 sprig fresh basil

  1. Pit, peel, and mash the avocado with a fork.

  2. Blend in the lemon juice, blending well and then add the sour cream, blending well.

  3. Mix in all the rest of the ingredients, blending well.

  4. Garnish with cilantro.

  5. Cover and chill.
