  1. 12 oz Chocolate

  2. 1/2 c Margarine

  3. 2 Eggs

  4. Peppermint extract

  5. 1 1/2 c Powdered sugar

  6. 2 ts Vanilla

  1. Melt and cool chocolate.

  2. Cream together margarine, sugar, eggs and vanilla.

  3. Add cooled chocolate and a few drops of mint to creamed mixture.

  4. Pack into 8 inch square pan.

  5. Cool and set and cut in squares.
