  1. Kebabs

  2. 1/2 kg premium mince, low fat

  3. 2 tablespoons lemon juice

  4. Salt to taste

  5. 1 1/2 teaspoon fresh grated ginger

  6. 1 teaspoon crushed fresh garlic

  7. 2 teaspoons fresh ground green chillies

  8. 2 teaspoons cumin and coriander powder

  9. 1 egg

  10. 1/4 teaspoon of red colour

  11. 1 teaspoon garam masala

  12. 1 finely chopped onion

  13. 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder

  14. 3 tablespoons fresh chopped coriander .Mint Sauce

  15. Fresh low fat yogurt

  16. Fresh mint, finely chopped .Salt and pepper to taste .Combine all ingredients together .

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Make small balls with greased palms and flatten slightly. Lay out on a tray brushed lightly with olive oil and bake in a moderate oven (180 C) for ten minutes. Turn over and cook for a further ten minutes.

  2. Serve hot, garnished with fresh chopped coriander
