  1. 125g butter , softened

  2. 3/4 cup caster sugar

  3. 1 teaspoon vanilla

  4. 2 eggs , lightly beaten

  5. 11/2 cups sr flour , sifted

  6. 1 cup milk

  7. 250g philadelphia frosting made with cadbury chocolate

  8. 100's and 1000's, chopped nuts , coconut etc for decoration

  1. Beat the butter and sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time beating well between each addition. Fold through the flour and milk until combined. Spoon into 12 x 1/3 cup capacity patty paper lined muffin pans.

  2. Bake in a moderate oven 180oC for 15-20 minutes or until cooked when tested. Stand 5 minutes then turn out onto a wire rack. Cool.

  3. Spreador pipe the frosting onto the cupcakes then decorate as desired. Serve immediately.
