  1. 118 1/59 ml Bulgar wheat (cracked wheat)

  2. 44 1/37 ml flax seeds

  3. 2-3 cardamom

  4. 591.47 ml skim milk (may use up to whole based on preference)

  5. 14.78 ml sugar (more or less to taste)

  1. Stir bulgar, flaxseed, and cardamom in pot with 1 cup milk.

  2. Let cook for about 15 minutes on low heat. Make sure the pot is covered.

  3. Check on it, stir, and add about 1/2 cup more milk, and stir.

  4. Let cook for another 20 minutes.

  5. At this point, mix should be soft to taste. Add sugar and mix.

  6. Add about 3/4 cup milk (more or less depending on how thick you want your pudding) and mix.

  7. Serve warm.
