  1. 1 cup water

  2. 1 large egg

  3. 1 teaspoon lemon juice

  4. 1 tablespoon unsalted butter

  5. 4 tablespoons powdered milk

  6. 1 tablespoon sugar

  7. 3/4 teaspoon dried rosemary

  8. 3/4 teaspoon fennel seed

  9. 3/4 teaspoon ground sage

  10. 3/4 teaspoon dried thyme

  11. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  12. 1 1/2 teaspoons salt

  13. 1/2 cup dried onion flakes

  14. 3 cups bread flour

  15. 2 1/4 teaspoons yeast

  1. Place all ingredients in machine in manufacturer's recommended order.

  2. Set on medium crust or white bread setting.

  3. When done, remove from pan and cool on wire rack 30 minutes.

  4. Slice and serve with butter.
