  1. 1 package Knorr® Sidekicks® Menu Flavours Thai Sweet Chili Noodles

  2. 1/4 cup (60 mL) Skippy® Peanut Butter

  3. 1 tablespoon (30 mL) lime juice

  4. 2 cups (500 mL) thinly sliced vegetables (red bell pepper, red cabbage, blanched broccoli florets and/or snow peas)

  5. 1/2 cup (125 mL) chow mein noodles

  1. Prepare Knorr® Sidekicks® Menu Flavours Thai Sweet Chili Noodles according to package directions, stirring in Peanut Butter during last 2 minutes of cook time.

  2. Cool slightly and stir in lime juice.

  3. Toss with vegetables, then top with chow mein noodles.

  4. TIP: Serve with Asian grilled pork chops for a themed summer party.
