  1. Mutton 1 kg

  2. Onion 250 gms

  3. Cloves 6

  4. Mint leaves a few

  5. Coriander leaves a few

  6. Tomatoes 4

  7. Chili Powder 1 tbsp

  8. Turmeric powder 1 tsp

  9. Ginger 150 gms

  10. Cinnamon 1 inch piece.

  11. Cardamom 6

  12. Garlic paste 100 gms

  13. Curd 2 cups

  14. Dalda 150 gms

  15. Green chili paste 15

  16. Green chili 10

  17. Lime 1

  18. Coconut grinded 1/2

  19. Salt to taste

  1. Fry onion with cinnamon,cloves and cardamom.

  2. When fried add ginger chopped finely and garlic paste.

  3. Add mint and coriander leaves chopped toit.Add green chili paste and fry for 3 minutes.

  4. Add whole green chili ,meat and curd.

  5. Add tomato chopped, turmeric,salt and chili powder.

  6. When meat is cooked add ground coconut.

  7. Remove from fire and add lime juice before serving.
