  1. 1/3 cup 65g / 2 1/3oz Margarine - soft

  2. 3 tablespoons 45ml Evaporated skimmed milk

  3. 1 Salt

  4. 1 teaspoon 5ml Vanilla extract

  5. 1/4 cup 27g / 1oz Cocoa

  6. 1 cup 198g / 7oz Powdered sugar replacement

  7. 1 Semisweet dipping chocolate

  1. Cream together margarine, milk, salt and vanilla until fluffy.

  2. Stir in cocoa and sugar replacement. Knead or work with hands until dough is smooth, and form dough into 60 small balls.

  3. Dip balls in chocolate, cool completely; dip again and cool.

  4. (Yield: 60 balls)
