  4. 15 1 tbsp sunflower oil.

  5. 1 Garlic - crushed.

  6. 5 1 tsp ground cumin.

  7. 5 1 tsp ground coriander.

  8. Ground black pepper.

  1. Mix all the ingredients together and leave to marinade for at least one hour.

  2. Cook over a barbecue, under a grill, or in the oven. VARIATIONS. Experiment with other spices.
