  1. 2-1/4 cups Quick Baking Mix

  2. 1/3 cup sugar

  3. 1 egg

  4. 1/3 cup milk

  5. TOPPING:

  6. 1/2 cup packed brown sugar

  7. 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour

  8. 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  9. 3 tablespoons cold butter

  1. Cinnamon Coffee Cake Recipe photo by Taste of Home In a bowl, combine mix and sugar. Whisk the egg and milk; stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Spread into a greased 9-in. square baking pan.

  2. For topping, combine the brown sugar, flour and cinnamon. Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle over batter.

  3. Bake at 400° for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack. Yield: 9 servings.
