  1. 1-1/2 cups KNUDSEN Sour Cream

  2. 1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of potato soup

  3. 2 cloves garlic , minced

  4. 2-1/2 lb. red potatoes (about 8), very thinly sliced

  5. 1 cup shredded CRACKER BARREL Vermont Sharp-White Cheddar Cheese

  6. 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives

  1. HEAT oven to 350ºF.

  2. MIX first 3 ingredients in large bowl. Add potatoes; toss to coat. Spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with cheese.

  3. BAKE 55 min. or until potatoes are tender.

  4. SPRINKLE with chives.
