  1. Preheat a frying pan with 3 tablespoons of olive oil, add curry paste, crushed garlic (crushed with garlic press)and fry for a moment to bring out the flavor.

  2. Then add the chopped onions and fry until the onion is soft.

  3. Add chicken cut into medium sized cubes and fry further until chicken gets light brown colour.

  4. Put coconut milk in a pan and add stock cubes Add the water and cook for about 10 minutes until quinoa gets soft.

  5. After 10 minutes add blanched vegetables (peppers, kohlrabi, green beans and cauliflower)to a pan. It is important to keep veggies crisp.

  6. Season with sugar, lemon and green winter savory.
