  1. Ground pork 1 pound

  2. Onion 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) , chopped

  3. 1 16-ounce can chop suey vegetables, drained

  4. Soy sauce 3 Tablespoon

  5. Cornstarch 2 Tablespoon

  6. Hamburger buns 8

  7. Chow mein noodles 1/2 Ounce

  1. Directions In skillet cook ground pork and onion till meat is browned.

  2. Drain off fat.

  3. Stir in chop suey vegetables.

  4. Combine soy sauce, cornstarch, and 1/3 cup cold water; stir into meat mixture.

  5. Cook about 2 minutes or till thickened and bubbly, stirring to coat vegetables and meat.

  6. Split and toast buns; spoon meat mixture onto bottom halves of buns.

  7. Crumble chow mein noodles on top of meat mixture; cover with top halves of buns.
