  1. Lamb (meat) 1 kg.

  2. Onions 4

  3. Tomatoes 4

  4. Chopped

  5. Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp.

  6. Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp.

  7. Turmeric Powder 1 tsp.

  8. Oil 6 tbsp

  9. Salt to taste.

  10. Dry Roast and powder:

  11. Coriander seeds 2 tbsp.

  12. Fenugreek Seeds 1/2 tsp.

  13. Aniseeds 1 tsp.

  14. Cumin seeds 1 tsp.

  15. Dry Red Chilli 6

  16. Clove 5

  1. .Heat oil in a heavy bottom pan and sauté the onion until brown, add the ginger garlic.

  2. Stir fry for 2 minutes, add the dry roasted ground spice powder, mix well.

  3. Add the lamb pieces, chopped tomatoes, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt.

  4. Stir fry until the oil floats on the top.

  5. Add 2 cups of water, cover and simmer till the meat is tender.
