  1. Phyllo pastry 02 sheets

  2. Spinach blanched 100 gms

  3. Ricotta 30 gms

  4. Garlic 10 gms

  5. Onion chopped 20 gms

  6. Tomato chopped 30 gms

  7. Coriander roots 10 gms

  8. Lemon juice 05 ml

  1. Mix all ingredients for salsa and leave to chill

  2. -Spread one sheet on top

  3. -Sauté onion garlic and spinach together mix in ricotta

  4. -Drop the filling in center of the Phyllo and fold in to a cone

  5. -Bake at 180*c for 20 min or till Phyllo is cooked

  6. -Put in center of the plate ,pour salsa to one side of the plate
