  3. 1 large onion, cut in half and sliced thin

  4. 1 teaspoon Serrano Chile or Jalapeno minced (substitute chile flakes)

  5. 3 pounds greens (mixture of Swiss Chard, Mustard greens, Kale) cut into 1" pieces

  6. 1 cup vegetable stock (or chicken stock)

  7. 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

  8. Salt and black pepper to taste

  9. Olive oil to cook
