  1. whole chicken cut in 4 halves

  2. 2 tbsp garlic paste

  3. 2 tbsp ginger paste

  4. 3 tbsp coriander paste

  5. 1/4 tsp cumin seed paste

  6. 4 tbsp of lemon jiuce

  7. 1 tbsp of Green Chilly paste

  8. salt to taste

  9. Few garnules of sugar

  10. 1/4 tsp of garam masala

  11. Aluminium Foil

  1. Marination-

  2. Mix all the ingreadients with the lemon juice Marinate the chicken with all the ingredients overnight is good idea.

  3. Preparation-

  4. Wrap the marinated chicken in the Aluminium Foil Put it to barbecue for 10 minutes each side Grill high flame Serve hot with Cold Beer, Serve it hot with Butter Naans Or Garlic Bread
