  1. 4 1 onion chopped

  2. fillet of pork diced

  3. pint(s) 1/4 pint of cider

  4. 3tsp Dijon mustard

  5. 3 springs of thyme

  6. pinch(es) salt and pepper

  1. Soften onions in a little olive oil. Add pork fillets and brown.

  2. Pour the cider, Dijon mustard and springs of thyme.

  3. Add in salt and pepper to your likeness

  4. Bring to boil , reduce heat and simmer until pork is cooked.
