  1. Ingredients :Serves 6-8

  2. 900 g 3 tablespoons 60 g 185 ml 90 g 1 teaspoon 1 250 ml Garlic Mayonnaise Dip

  3. 4-5 cloves

  4. 1 tablespoon 1 teaspoon 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  5. 1/2 cup sour cream

  6. Medium squid or small cuttlefish

  7. Lime juice

  8. Flour

  9. Water

  10. Flour for batter

  11. Egg, lightly beaten

  12. Oil

  13. Garlic, finely minced

  14. Sugar

  15. Salt

  16. Mayonnaise

  17. Sour cream

  1. To prepare the Garlic Mayonnaise Dip,combine the ingredients in a bowl, mix well then set aside.

  2. Clean the squid or cuttlefish, discardingthe ink, heads and tentacles.

  3. Slice the squid into 1 cm rings. Marinatein lime juice for 30 minutes.

  4. Sprinkle 60 g of flour on the squid andmix lightly.

  5. Combine the water, remaining flour, saltand egg in a bowl and mix to form a smooth batter.

  6. Heat the oil in a wok. Dip squid rings inthe batter.

  7. Fry in hot oil in batches or until goldenyellow, about 1-2 minutes, being careful not to overcook the squid.

  8. Remove form the wok and drain on papertowels.

  9. Serve with Garlic Mayonnaise Dip.
