  1. 1/3 cup 78ml Vegetable oil

  2. 1/4 cup 59ml Lemon juice

  3. 2 Garlic - finely chopped

  4. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Basil leaves

  5. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Oregano

  6. 1/8 teaspoon 0.6ml Pepper

  7. 2 lbs 908g / 32oz Chicken pieces

  8. 1 Size food storage bag

  1. Combine liquid ingredients and seasoning in a bag to create marinade. Mix well. Place chicken in bag and seal. Marinate in refrigerator 2 hours or overnight. Drain chicken and discard marinade. Grill, bake, broil or saute chicken as desired until fully cooked. Refrigerate leftovers.
