  1. 1 cup Cooked AM

  2. 7 Grain Cereal cooled

  3. 2 cups AM Brown Wild Rice & Herbs (Quick), cooked & cooled

  4. 16 ounces Canned peas and carrots drained

  5. cup Celery, chopped

  6. cup Onion, chopped

  7. cup Cucumbers, diced

  8. cup Chopped pimientos

  9. teaspoon Onion powder

  10. teaspoon Garlic powder

  11. Vegetable seasoning to taste

Instructions Jump to Ingredients ↑

  1. Toss ingredients together with mayonnaise or salad dressing of choice.

  2. Chill. Serve on a bed of alfalfa sprouts.
