  1. 1/3 cup KRAFT Mayo with Olive Oil Reduced Fat Mayonnaise

  2. 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice

  3. 1/3 cup chopped onion s

  4. 1 cup fresh parsley

  5. 2 Tbsp. fresh oregano

  6. 2 cloves garlic

  7. 8 tilapia fillets (2 lb.)

  8. 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

  1. HEAT grill to medium heat.

  2. BLEND first 6 ingredients in blender until well blended. Reserve half the mayo mixture; brush both sides of fish with remaining mayo mixture.

  3. GRILL 3 min. on each side or until fish flakes easily with fork.

  4. TOP with cheese. Serve with reserved mayo mixture.
