  1. 1 1/2 head of garlics, crushed

  2. 1 tsp canola oil

  3. 6 celery stalks, chopped

  4. 1 can tomato juice

  5. 1/6 pack of noodles

  6. 1/2 tsp salt

  7. ground ginger powder

  8. thymes

  9. 1 tsp soya sauce

  10. 1 tsp sugar

  11. Soy Steamer:

  12. Milk

  13. 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

  14. vegan soya cream

  1. Heat the oil in a pan. Saute the garlic till they get brown. Add the tomato juice to the pot. Crumble the noodles and add to the soup. Cook for 5 minutes. Season with salt,ginger powder, thymes, soya sauce and sugar. Add the celeries just before removing from heat.

  2. Soy Steamer:

  3. Boil the milk. Add the vanilla. Fill 2/3rd of a cup with the milk. Garnish with whipped cream.
