  1. 1-1/4 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast s, cut into bite-sized pieces

  2. 2-3/4 cups water

  3. 3 cups instant white rice , uncooked

  4. 1/2 lb. (8 oz.) VELVEETA® , cut up

  5. 1 medium red pepper , cut into strips

  6. 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen green beans

  7. 1/2 tsp. each black pepper and garlic powder

  8. 1/2 cup French fried onions

  1. SPRAY large skillet with cooking spray. Add chicken; cook and stir on medium-high heat 2 minutes or until no longer pink.

  2. STIR in water. Bring to boil. Add rice. Reduce heat to low; cover. Cook 10 minutes.

  3. ADD all remaining ingredients except onions; mix well. Cook until VELVEETA is completely melted, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with onions.
