  1. 1/4 cup lemon juice

  2. 1/4 cup water

  3. 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil , divided

  4. 1 envelope GOOD SEASONS Garlic & Herb Salad Dressing Mix

  5. 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

  6. 1 tsp. minced garlic

  7. 1/8 tsp. black pepper

  8. 1 small onion , chopped

  9. 1 lb. shrimp , cleaned

  10. Cooked rice or pasta

  11. MIX juice, water, 2 tablespoons of the oil, salad dressing mix, parsley, garlic and pepper in medium bowl. Stir until well blended; set aside.

  12. 2 tablespoons oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add onion; cook and stir until tender but not browned. Add shrimp; cook

  13. 3 minutes or until shrimp turn pink, stirring occasionally. Stir in dressing mixture.

  14. BRING to boil on medium heat; boil 1 minute. Serve over cooked rice or pasta.
