  1. 1 pounds Ground beef

  2. 1 Slice bacon, finely chopped

  3. 6 Fresh shrimp

  4. 1 Small carrot, grated

  5. 1 Stalk celery, finely chpd

  6. cup Chun choi (preserved turnip)

  7. 2 tablespoons Cornstarch

  8. teaspoon Salt

  9. 1 teaspoon Shoyu

  10. 1 teaspoon Oyster sauce

  11. teaspoon MSG

  12. 1 teaspoon Ginger juice

  13. 1 Small clove garlic, grated

  1. Mix all ingredients. If adding shrimp, finely chop the shrimp. Make into small patties. Fry until done and serve warm.
