  1. 12 Thick sliced peppered bacon - diced

  2. 3 Garlic - diced

  3. 2 cups 125g / 4.4oz Onion - diced

  4. 1/2 cup 73g / 2.6oz Red bell pepper diced.

  5. 2 cups 292g / 10oz Anaheim chile - chopped small (large)

  6. Baked beans - 2

  7. 1 Frijoles negros

  8. 15oz drained

  9. 5 Curry leaf - crushed or bay leaf

  10. 1 tablespoon 15ml Marjoram - freshly chopped

  11. 2 tablespoons 30ml Summer savory - chopped

  12. 2 tablespoons 30ml Fresh thyme - chopped

  13. 4 Shakes of worcestershire sauce

  14. 3 Serranos or 1 thai-hot

  1. Melt bacon on low heat in a 6 qt. or larger heavy pan. Pour off most of the fat. Add garlic, onion, red pepper, and Anaheim chile. Cook on medium heat until onion is transparent. Add everything, stir, cook on low for 35 minutes, stirring often. Taste to see if a shot of Hot sauce would help.
