  4. 1/2 medium organic red onion , sliced

  5. 2 clove(s) organic garlic , sliced

  6. 1 cup(s) organic broccoli florets

  7. 1/2 organic red bell pepper , sliced

  8. 6 large organic shiitake mushrooms , thickly sliced

  9. 1 teaspoon(s) organic soy sauce

  10. 1 piece(s) (6-ounce) organic baked tofu , cubed

  11. 2 organic scallions , sliced

  12. 1/2 cup(s) organic cilantro , roughly chopped

  13. 1 teaspoon(s) organic sesame seeds

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil, sesame oil, and pepper flakes. When the oil is warm, add onion and garlic and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add broccoli, bell pepper, mushrooms, and soy sauce. Stir fry for 2-3 minutes. Add the tofu, scallions, cilantro, and sesame seeds. Cook until the tofu is heated through. Serve immediately.
