  7. 1 (15 ounce) can diced fire-roasted tomatoes

  8. 3 (15 ounce) cans tomato sauce

  9. 1 (15 ounce) can black beans , drained and rinsed

  10. 1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans , drained and rinsed

  11. 1 (15 ounce) can great northern beans , drained and rinsed

  12. 1 tablespoon cumin

  13. 2 tablespoons chili powder

  14. 1 teaspoon salt

  15. 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

  16. 1/2 teaspoon paprika

  17. 1/2 teaspoon pepper

  18. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  19. 1 cup water

  20. cracker

  21. shredded cheddar cheese

  22. green onion

  23. sour cream

  1. add salt, black pepper, garlic powder to ground beef and cook with onions and red/green peppers in dutch oven.

  2. drain excess grease.

  3. add balance of ingredients.

  4. cover and simmer for 90 minutes or more.
