  1. 1 Fresh kernel corn or Equal amt. Frozen or canned.

  2. 1 cup 110g / 3.9oz Celery - chopped

  3. 1/2 cup 99g / 3 1/2oz Sugar

  4. 1 tablespoon 15ml Salt

  5. 1 cup 146g / 5.1oz Pimento - chopped coarse

  6. 1 cup 146g / 5.1oz Green pepper - chopped coarse

  7. 1/2 cup 31g / 1.1oz Onion - chopped med.

  8. 2 cups 474ml Vinegar - (1 pt. Bottle)

  9. 1 teaspoon 5ml Celery seed

  1. Mix sugar, salt, celery seed and vinegar together.

  2. Place in enameled, or Pyrex saucepan and boil with vegetables for 20 minutes.

  3. Can and process in usual manner.
