  1. (Canada's Chicken Producers)

  2. 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  3. bamboo or metal skewers

  4. Marinade:

  5. 1 tsp. curry powder

  6. 1 clove garlic, minced

  7. 2 Tbsp. each soy sauce and lemon juice

  8. 1 Tbsp. sugar

  9. Peanut Sauce:

  10. 3 Tbsp. smooth peanut butter

  11. 2 Tbsp. each honey, soy sauce and water

  12. Dash of Tabasco

  13. 10 minutes to

  14. 1 hour in the fridge.

  15. Combine ingredients for the sauce and heat in microwave for 30 seconds. Whisk. Heat again and whisk til combined.

  16. Thread chicken on skewers. Cook on med. hot BBQ for4 or 5 minutes/ side or til chicken is cooked through. Baste with peanut sauce and serve hot or cold.

  17. (Note: Sauce can be thinned with 1 Tbsp. hot water. Good on rice!)
