  3. 1/4 c. butter

  4. 1 c. sugar

  5. 2 unbeaten eggs

  6. 1 c. mashed banana

  7. 1 tbsp. grated orange rind

  8. 1/4 c. milk

  9. 1 tsp. vanilla

  10. 1/2 tsp. almond extract

  11. 1 c. coconut

  12. 3/4 c. chopped nuts

  1. Mix like regular bread. Bake for 60 to 70 minutes at 325 degrees. Cool thoroughly.
