  1. 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts

  2. 118 1/59 ml dill , chopped

  3. 59.14 ml olive oil

  4. 1 small onion , thinly sliced

  5. 3 garlic cloves , crushed

  6. lemon zest

  7. 1 lemon, juice of

  8. 29 1/28 ml ouzo

  9. 4.92 ml fennel seed , crushed

  10. salt & pepper, to taste

  1. Put all marinade ingrediantsin a large ziplock bag. Mix well.

  2. Add chicken breasts.

  3. For a mild flavour, leave for 30 minutes. For more intensity, leave up to 4 hours but no longer.

  4. Heat up grill to medium high.

  5. Cook breasts, with lid closed for about 7 (7 1/2) minutes per side.
