  1. 1 (28-ounce) can baked beans (recommended: Bush's Baked Beans)

  2. 1/4 small onion, diced

  3. 1/4 cup ketchup

  4. 2 tablespoon spicy mustard

  5. 2 tablespoons brown sugar

  6. 1/2 cup chopped or pulled pork shoulder meat

  1. Put the beans and onions in a saucepan and heat over medium-high heat until it bubbles. Add ketchup, mustard, and brown sugar. Heat another 5 minutes. When ready to serve, sprinkle the pork meat across the top.
