  3. 1 small onion diced

  4. 2 stalk(s) celery chopped

  5. 3 tablespoon(s) Italian seasoning

  6. 1/4 cup(s) pine nuts

  7. 1 pound(s) ground veal

  8. 1/2 pound(s) ground beef

  9. 1/2 pound(s) ground pork

  10. 2 eggs beaten

  11. 3/4 cup(s) bread crumbs

  12. 1 teaspoon(s) fennel seeds

  13. 2 teaspoon(s) salt

  14. 1 teaspoon(s) pepper

  15. 9 slice(s) provolone cheese

  16. 9 slice(s) salami

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Combine all ingredients except cheese and salami in large bowl.

  3. Evenly spread meat mixture in a rectangular shape onto a flexible 9x 12 cutting mat.

  4. Top with cheese and salami.

  5. Roll one half of meat mixture using flexible mat. Roll other side on top of that.

  6. Place meat roll in greased baking dish.

  7. Cook for 1 hour or until desired doneness.
