  1. 2 tablespoons 30ml Soy sauce

  2. 1/2 cup 118ml Coffee - black

  3. 3 lbs 1362g / 48oz Brisket

  4. 1/2 cup 118ml Catsup

  5. 1/2 cup 118ml Chili sauce

  6. 1/2 cup 118ml Honey

  7. 1/3 cup 78ml Worcestershire sauce

  8. 1 cup 93g / 3 1/3oz Garlic - minced

  1. Sear meat on all sides and place in a Dutch oven with the above combined ingredients.

  2. Simmer on stove top until done- 2 1/2 - 3 hours or in a 325F oven for the same time.

  3. To serve, slice on the diagonal.
