  1. 1 tablespoon 15ml Thyme l - eaves

  2. 1 tablespoon 15ml Instant minced onion

  3. 1 tablespoon 15ml Instant minced garlic

  4. 2 teaspoons 10ml Ground black pepper

  5. 1 teaspoon 5ml Paprika

  6. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Ground red pepper - up to

  7. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Dried orange peel

  1. In a small bowl combine thyme, onion, garlic, black pepper, paprika, red pepper and orange peel. Mix to blend well. Spoon into a tightly covered jar. Crush mixture between your palms just before using to release flavors.

  2. Use in making sauces, soups, stews, to season and coat chicken, fish or vegetables, or stir into your favorite appetizer dip mixture for vegetables. Recipes can be doubled or tripled.
