  11. 2 teaspoons chicken bouillon granules

  12. 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  13. 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

  14. 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

  15. 1/4 teaspoon pepper

  16. 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

  17. 1/2 to 1 teaspoon liquid smoke, optional

  2. Remove from the heat. Stir in liquid smoke if desired. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Yield: 2-1/2 cups.
