  1. 1 ring (1 lb) fully cooked smoked sausage or kielbasa, cut into 1/4-inch slices

  2. 1 bag (1 lb) frozen broccoli, carrots & cauliflower, thawed, drained

  3. 2 cans (10 3/4 oz each) condensed Cheddar cheese soup

  4. 1 1/4 cups Original Bisquick® mix

  5. 3/4 cup cornmeal

  6. 1 1/2 cups milk

  7. 2 eggs

  8. 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz)

  1. Heat oven to 450°F. Spray 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray. In pan, mix sausage, vegetables and soup.

  2. In medium bowl, stir Bisquick mix, cornmeal, milk, eggs and 1/2 cup of the cheese until blended. Pour over sausage mixture.

  3. Bake uncovered 25 to 30 minutes, sprinkling with remaining 1/2 cup cheese for last 1 to 2 minutes of baking, until light brown.
