  4. 8 ounces bean sprouts

  5. 2 tablespoons fresh basil , chiffianade

  6. 3 tablespoons scallions , chopped

  7. 1 tablespoon fresh ginger , grated

  8. 1 tablespoon garlic , minced

  9. 1/2 cup olive oil

  10. 1/2 cup coconut milk

  11. 1 tablespoon sesame oil

  12. 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

  13. 1 teaspoon black pepper , ground

  14. 2 tablespoons rice vinegar

  1. prepare all vegetables and herbs.

  2. mix well in large bowl.

  3. prepare dressing with remaining ingredients.

  4. pour dressing over vegetables, mix well.

  5. serve on a bed of lettuce with sliced almonds or toasted sesame seeds.

  6. A nice accompaniment to grilled chicken.
