  1. 1 cup 237ml Whipping cream

  2. 3/4 cup 177ml Strawberries

  3. 2 Egg whites

  4. 1 teaspoon 5ml Lemon juice

  5. 1 cup 198g / 7oz Sugar

  6. 1 Prepared pie shell

  1. Beat egg whites until fluffy.

  2. Add berries, lemon juice, sugar and beat no less than 15 minutes.

  3. Whip cream until thick; fold into other mixture.

  4. Pour into prepared pie shell and freeze until ready to serve. (Graham cracker shell works well).

  5. Other berries or fruit may be substituted for the strawberries.

  6. Alternative: Use one 12 oz container Cool Whip or other non-dairy topping instead of cream.
