  1. 1 or 2 pkgs. oriental mix

  2. olive oil

  3. Wok oil

  4. chicken broth

  5. soy sauce

  6. garlic

  7. green or red tabasco

  8. fresh ginger (grated) or ginger paste

  9. paprika

  10. red pepper flakes

  11. chili powder

  12. jalapeno grated

  13. pepper

  14. salt

  15. Add above ingredients to your taste and choice

  16. thin sliced lean chicken , pork , shrimp or any combination

  17. rice or ramen noodles (I like chili flavored noodles)

  18. cilantro diced

  19. onion sliced

  20. bell pepper (red, yellow, green or any combination) sliced

  21. cabbage sliced

  22. cashews , peanuts , almonds or any combination

  23. carrots sliced, grated or whole baby carrots

  24. cherry tomatoes

  25. sliced water chestnuts

  26. fresh green beans

  27. bean sprouts

  28. mushrooms

  29. (Use your choice of ingredients)

  1. Mix oriental mix with oil(s) and whisk. Add tabasco. You may need some extra oil or chicken broth. Set aside. Add cilantro, garlic, jalapeno, paprika and red pepper flakes to liquid. Set aside.

  2. Put onion, peppers cabbage, carrots, tomatoes, green beans, mushrooms, ginger, bean sprouts, water chestnuts in a bowl. Add nuts and water chestnuts. Mix well.

  3. Pour sauce into both bowls and mix well.

  4. Let ingredients marinate, stirring occasionally. I usually let it marinate a few hours but it doesn’t have too.

  5. Saute green beans until tender but not not overcooked.

  6. Begin cooking rice or noodles. Add more dried red peppers flakes and chili powder as to your taste.

  7. Use wok (or deep pan). Add a little wok oil, chicken broth and heat on medium high. Add meat mixture and cook until thoroughly done. Add vegetables. Cook to desired doneness. I keep mine a little crispy.

  8. Serve noodles/rice into bowls. Add meat/vegetable mixture. Enjoy.

  9. You can use any combination of the the ingredients above or add your own. Enjoy
