  1. 1 pack of unsmoked bacon

  2. 1 pack of pork sausages

  3. 1 pack of stuffing mix

  1. Roll out some cling film on the work surface.

  2. Place the bacon on the cling film and overlap the edges of each rasher so there are no gaps to form a rectangle.

  3. Squeeze the sausage meat out of the sausages (or just buy sausage meat) and spread the sausage meat over the bacon.

  4. Make up the stuffing mix (tip add some butter to stuffing mix). Spread the stuffing over the sausage meat.

  5. Now roll the roulade into a log using the cling film to keep it all together. Place on a lightly oiled baking dish, remove cling film and bake in the oven for 30-40 mins.

  6. Remove from the oven and slice into portions; this serves a meal for two with roast potatoes and veg (ie cut in half) or trimmings for a turkey dinner portion cut into 4-6.
