  1. 2 lbs 908g / 32oz Blackfish (tautog) fillets - skin off

  2. 2 tablespoons 30ml Olive oil

  3. 2 tablespoons 30ml Soy sauce

  4. 2 tablespoons 30ml Worcestershire sauce

  5. 1 teaspoon 5ml Paprika

  6. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Chili powder

  7. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Garlic powder

  8. 1 Hot pepper sauce

  1. Cut the fillets in single portions and place in a well-greased baking pan. Combine olive oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, chili and garlic powder and hot pepper sauce. Pour the sauce over the fillets.

  2. Broil 4 inches from the heat source for 5 minutes. Turn the fillets, baste with sauce, and broil an additional 3 to 5 minutes or until fish flakes easily. Serve with lemon wedges.

  3. This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
