  1. 12 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed

  2. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  3. 2 teaspoons salt

  4. 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  5. 1 teaspoon paprika

  6. 1/2 teaspoon pepper

  7. 1/3 cup vegetable oil

  1. Place potatoes in two large resealable plastic bags. Combine the Parmesan cheese and seasonings; add to potatoes and shake to coat. Pour oil into two 15-in. x 10-in. x 1-in. baking pans; pour potatoes into pans. Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees F for 40-50 minutes or until tender.
