  1. 2 med. onion ,minced

  2. 5 garlic

  3. 4 green chilies

  4. 2 inch ginger

  5. 2 big tomato

  6. 10 soaked cashew nuts

  7. 2 inch cinnamon

  8. 3 cloves

  9. 3 cardamoms

  10. 300 gm mushroom

  11. salt to taste

  1. Directions Point 1- Grind each separately ginger,tomato and cashew nuts.Fry cinnamon,cloves,cardamoms and make powder.

  2. point 2- Heat oil, add ground onoin mix and fry it until its brown.When oil separates add tomatoes.

  3. Point 3- When oil leaves tomatoes,add 1 tsp coriander powder, 1/4 tsp chili powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric, ground masala and ground cashew nuts.

  4. Point 4- Add mushroom and salt . reduce flame and cook for 10-15 minutes (until water leaves).,if required add little water to cook.

  5. point 5- Garnish with mint leaves,coriander leaves,fresh cream , cashew,kiss miss.
