  1. 4 lbs 1816g / 64oz Smoked, pulled pork butt

  2. 8 lbs 3632g / 128oz Tomatoes, charred and chopped (large)

  3. 2 lbs 908g / 32oz Onions - chopped (medium)

  4. 3 tablespoons 45ml Oil

  5. 8 Garlic - minced

  6. 1 1/2 cups 355ml Ketchup

  7. 2 cups 292g / 10oz Canned jalapeno peppers - chopped

  8. 2 Bay leaves

  9. 2 tablespoons 30ml Cider vinegar

  10. 2 Green peppers - sliced thin

  11. 1 cup 62g / 2 1/5oz Pork drippings

  12. 2 tablespoons 30ml Juice from canned jalapenos

  13. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Garlic salt

  14. 2 teaspoons 10ml Salt

  1. Saute onion, garlic and green peppers until soft. Add the rest of the ingredients except the meat. Bring to boil. Add meat and simmer 1 hour.

  2. Serve with yellow rice and tortillas.
